All of our items are printed and shipped by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Each product is made specifically for you when you place an order—reducing waste and supporting more sustainable production.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! Printful has global fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery wherever you are. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production time: 2–7 business days

Shipping time:

USA: 3–5 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

International: 10–20 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference issues. Please refer to the sizing guides on each product page before purchasing.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right.

How do I know what size to order?

We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with the size guide chart to ensure the best fit.

How do I care for my printed items?

To preserve the design:

  • Wash inside-out in cold water
  • Use mild detergent
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on the print
